The Phone Holder can be placed on any Ninebot Kickscooter by Segway handlebar. It allows riders to simultaneously make use of certain smartphone features (e.g. GPS, MP3 Player etc) while riding around and keep your hands on the handlebar. This will increase the level of security on the road. It is designed to adapt to many different phone sizes, due to its flexible rubber grips and clamps.

    Delivery period

    The delivery time for the Dublin region is 2 to 7 working days.          For other destinations, the delivery time is approximately up to 10 working days, subject to customs inspections.                                  The delivery time depends on the time taken to pay duties (except in the case of customs inspection). Lifty Electric Vehicles shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or force majeure.

    Our Ninebot-Segway electric scooters come with a 1-year Irish manufacturer warranty.

    What the Warranty Covers, and for how long?

    The full scooter is covered including the electronics and battery, for 1 year from purchase

    Who Is the Warranty Provider?

    The warranty is backed by the manufacturer, Segway.


    The warranty is void If:

    • The scooter has been ridden in the rain or has any water ingress
    • The scooter has not been maintained such as unchanged punctures and missing parts
    • The scooter has been misused for example has been ridden by a rider over the recommended weight
    • The scooter has been serviced or modified by anyone other than an authorized partner

Electric Scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your e-scooter within all country and local laws.

The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Lifty Electric and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.

Refunds Policy


To obtain a full refund, within 14 days of receiving the item you must inform us that you will return the goods in an “as new” condition. 


How to do this is detailed below.  


Lifty Electrics defines “as new” condition as unridden, with all parts, manuals, and accessories included in the original box and packaging. 


Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this returns policy. 


Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.


We may refuse a refund should your product be returned not in an “as new” condition. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. 


Please be aware that direct refunds can take up to five business days to appear in your bank account depending on whom you bank with.


We are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.
